How long can I keep my product before opening?

Change (before shipment of the package)

- I changed my mind about my article, what should I do?

If you have changed your mind about your order, please send us an email indicating the item to be changed and we will make the necessary arrangements. Please note that any order changes are only possible before the package is shipped.

- Can I change my item after receiving shipping confirmation?

My order was marked as processed, however, when I check the tracking number, it says 'tracking unavailable'.. Why?

Your order has been processed and if the tracking number is not available, it is simply because your package has not yet been deposited at the post office. It will be deposited the next day.
