At Helgy Cosmetics , your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple, hassle-free return policy.

Details of our Return Policy:

  1. Return Period: You have 14 days from receipt of your order to initiate a return.

  2. Return Conditions: Returned items must be in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@helgycosmetics.com or +49 1575 4444 657 to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Once you have received your Return Authorization Number, please return the item to the address provided, making sure to include a copy of your order confirmation or invoice.

  4. Refund: Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will refund the full amount of your purchase, excluding shipping costs, to the original payment method used for purchase.

  5. Exceptions: Please note that some exceptions may apply. Sale, personalized or promotional items may be subject to special return conditions.

Cancellation and Order Modification Policy :

 

We pride ourselves on our ability to process quickly

all orders that are placed on our site. Most orders are processed within 12 hours. If you wish to cancel or change your order for any reason, please contact our customer service as soon as possible by email at contact@helgycosmetics.com or by phone at +49 1631844562 .

 

A large majority of in-stock items are processed and/or shipped within 12 hours, it is imperative that you contact us within this time frame, so that we can attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped.

No request to cancel your order can be taken into account if it has already been processed.

  

Address error:

 

It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your address and to contact us as soon as possible to specify any changes. This can only be done if your order has not yet been processed. 

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information. We are also not responsible for refused or undeliverable orders (inaccessible addresses, addresses

incomplete...). In these latter cases, these packages may be returned to us,

but not always.

If your order is returned to sender, we will offer you a reshipment, at your option. However, you will have to pay additional shipping costs to reship the package.

You are not eligible for reshipment or refund of your order until your package has been received by the sender.
