  1. Cleanse your face: Start by cleaning your face with the Black Soap with Bamboo Charcoal Powder. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and dry by gently patting with a clean towel.

  2. Apply toner: Pour a small amount of toner onto a cotton pad or cotton ball. Gently wipe the soaked cotton ball over your face and neck, avoiding the eye area.

Additional tips:

  • Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with clean water.
  • If you experience irritation or sensitivity, reduce frequency of use or temporarily discontinue use.
  • Store the product in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

My order was marked as processed, however, when I check the tracking number, it says 'tracking unavailable'.. Why?

Your order has been processed and if the tracking number is not available, it is simply because your package has not yet been deposited at the post office. It will be deposited the next day.
